Enrolment & Parent Information
Welcome to our Early Learning family. You’re welcome to visit either of our centres for a tour to ensure it’s the right fit for your children.
While we’d love to accept every child in the area requiring day care, places at our centre are limited. We operate on a first in, best-dressed process, so if you’re interested in enrolling your child, we recommend submitting your forms sooner than later. The siblings of children currently attending one of our centres are given priority.
What Your Child Will Need Every Day
Your child will need a few things to be able to be cared for and enjoy the activities we offer.
Please label all items with your child’s name. We request bed linen is taken home every
Friday, or the last day your child attends care for the week, to be washed.
Your child will need:
- Sun safe clothes
- Suitable footwear
- Lunch box (no nuts in any lunch items, please)
- A water bottle
- Sufficient milk or formula for babies
- A rest time sheet
- A backpack with spare clothes
- Nappies (minimum of 5)

It’s important to us that you feel confident in who is caring for your child. Read through our
parent handbook, where we tell you everything you need to know about our centre, policies,
procedures and the framework we follow.
Enrolment Form
At Kingaroy ELC, we like to ensure we can provide everything your child
needs while in our care. Please download and complete our enrolment form for each of your
children you wish to attend our day care centres. You’ll need to provide copies of their birth
certificate, immunisation records and any medical documents, as well as photos of your child
and emergency contacts.
Once enrolled, it is your responsibility to update us on any changes to any information
provided on the form.
